Bespoke
Suits
Customers are accompanied in each step of the handmade creation process, from choosing the yarn weight and count, cutting the jacket and trousers, selecting buttons and linings to producing the finished garment.
The tailor takes the customer’s measurements and creates an exclusive paper pattern that will be used for cutting.
The suit is completely handmade: a linen-wool fabric is used for the jacket interiors, together with horsehair. This treatment ensures a perfect fit, without renouncing lightness and comfort.
Normally, 2 fittings and 50 hours of work, of which 2 for ironing, will be necessary before the suit is finished.
“The tailor must be an artist like a painter, because to cut the suit he must be concentrated;
he must be passionate; he must love his job.
But when the suit is made well it’s a piece of art.”
- Gianni Battistoni.
